- If canceled the Client may
ask for the most or
recently completed part of

- If the Client doesn’t ask for

completed part of the
commission the Artist has
every right to repurpose
said commission.The Client can not use the commission for commercial uses at all.The Artist has the right to post the commission on their socials (Instagram, Toyhouse, DeviantArt, Amino, etc) unless stated otherwise by the Client.The Client can not claim the commission as their own therefore must credit the Artist accordingly where ever said commission gets posted (Instagram, Toyhouse, DeviantArt, Amino, etc.)The Artist does not claim any media / ocs being portrayed in commissions.Unless shown permission any ship art where one or more of the characters are not yours will be refused.The Client has every right to ask for updates on their commission threw out the process.
- Progress shots will be sent
of the finalized sketch and
line-art for any changes.
- After acceptance of the
finalized line-art no more
changes will be accepted.The Artist does not work on deadlines or rush orders due to the Artist’s school schedule.More things are to be added by the Artist— — —iv : DesignsBy owning my designs you here by agree to the set of terms stated belowThe Client can not claim the design as their own therefore must credit the Artist (including base makers if said design is made using a base) accordingly where ever said design gets posted (Instagram, Toyhouse, DeviantArt, Amino, etc.)The Client will not sell the Artists design to anybody appearing on my blacklist.The Client may not sell the Artist’s design before one week has past after purchase.The Client can not use the design for commercial uses at all.— — —v : Payments & Refunds[c]Payments :Half of the payment must be sent 24 hours after the Client orders a commission.The Client must send the rest of the payment 24 hours after completion notice has been sent before receiving completed art

- Da pts are a priority to the
Artist so any commissions
ordered with Da pts are
priorityRefunds :Refunds will be done based on completion.- 100% refund before
finalized sketch
acceptance.
- 60% refund before
finalized line-art
acceptance.
- 30% refund during base
color stage.
- 15% refund during shading
